Below is our base pricing structure, determined by home size, service frequency, and residence type. Final pricing may vary depending on property features, including but not limited to pools, detached garages, extensive lanais, multiple HVAC systems, or other features requiring a more involved inspection.

Homes up to 2,200 sq. ft.

Ideal for smaller single-family homes, villas, and similar residences.

Homes 2,201 - 3,200 sq. ft.

from $75/visit

Pricing reflects the additional time required for a more extensive interior and exterior inspection.

Homes 3,201 - 4,200 sq. ft.

from $100/visit

Designed for larger properties requiring a more comprehensive inspection.

Homes over 4,200 sq. ft.

Large estates and properties with unique features are priced based on size and complexity.

Boat Watch

The pricing below reflects our standard Boat Watch inspection rates and includes a visual inspection of key vessel systems and conditions, including shore power, batteries, bilge and bilge pumps, water intrusion, dock lines and fenders, canvas and covers, engine compartment, visible leaks, unusual odors, mold or mildew, and overall exterior condition. Final pricing may vary depending on vessel size, type, location, onboard systems, and inspection requirements.

Vessels up to 30 ft.

Routine visual inspection and digital reporting for smaller recreational vessels.

Vessels 31-40 ft.

from $75/visit

Expanded inspection for larger vessels and additional onboard systems.

Vessels 41-50 ft.

from $100/visit

More comprehensive inspection for larger, more complex vessels.

Vessels over 50 ft.

Pricing determined by vessel size, systems, location, and inspection requirements.

Additional services such as engine and generator operation, fueling, washdowns, battery maintenance, A/C strainer service, provisioning, vendor coordination, storm preparation and post-storm response, and vessel operation are available upon request and priced separately.
